SHIPPING CONDITIONS:<\/h1>\n

Spediamo con corriere espresso entro 3 giorni lavorativi dalla data del pagamento ricevuto per la maggior parte dei prodotti a catalogo.
Ogni articolo ha tempi di produzione diversi indicati in descrizione.
Le spedizioni hanno costi diversi per tipologia di articolo, in alcuni casi possono essere gratuite. Nel carrello saranno visualizzate le opzioni aggiornate per il prodotto o i prodotti selezionati.
Si consiglia di optare per una spedizione assicurata a tutela dei vostri acquisti.
Questo perch\u00e8 come da regolamentazione sulla vendita online, la propriet\u00e0 dei prodotti sar\u00e0 trasferita all’acquirente al momento della spedizione, da intendersi come il momento di consegna dei prodotti al vettore. Il rischio di perdita o danneggiamento dei prodotti potr\u00e0 quindi essere contestato solo con la scelta di un’assicurazione direttamente al corriere durante il ritiro della merce seguendo le indicazioni in calce sotto la voce “SPEDIZIONE ASSICURATA”
<\/span>S\u00ec precisa che dove disponibile la spedizione gratuita, quest’ultima non non include l’assicurazione che va selezionata se richiesta.

Delivery in Italy is expected within 24\/72 hours depending on the delivery location.
In Europe outside Italy, delivery is expected in 48\/96 hours, while for shipments outside the EU customs clearance times must be considered.<\/p>\n

Upon request we also offer delivery to the branch or collection point of the courier used closest to you. <\/p>\n

It is advisable, where possible, to indicate a shipping address where the courier can always find someone for delivery so that the goods do not go into storage.
If the presence of someone at your home is not always safe, it is better to indicate delivery to your workplace, bar or trusted shop, office...<\/p>\n

Delivery by express courier is carried out exclusively on working days from Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 19.00 excluding holidays.<\/p>\n

The courier will make two delivery attempts.
Once the first attempt has been made, in the event of the Customer's absence the courier will attempt delivery again the following working day.
<\/span>In case of further absence, the courier will leave a notice of passage in the mailbox and the goods will return to the courier's warehouses.
<\/span>The Customer can contact the courier or Trenditaly to define a further delivery attempt with the addition of any storage and\/or redelivery costs or the Customer can collect the product directly from the courier's office where it is stored.<\/span><\/p>\n

If it is impossible to communicate with the Customer, the product will return to the Trenditaly warehouses with consequent cancellation of the order and subsequent reimbursement of the purchase price according to the chosen payment method, with the exception of transport costs incurred which remain the responsibility of the Customer.

INSURED SHIPPING:
<\/b>Upon request you can choose insured shipping at an additional cost of \u20ac7.00.
Insured shipping must be requested immediately when ordering.
Under penalty of forfeiture of any guarantee, complaints relating to the state of the packaging, quantity, missing or damaged goods must be reported immediately to the courier, on the DDT or on the PDA by adding the wording "Inspection reserve".
Any complaints must be reported to Trenditaly in writing within 2 days of receipt of the goods to the email address info@trenditaly.it
